Bright Flag Recruiting on behalf of Lavender Logistics, Inc. (FedEx Ground Contractor)
has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers in Bushnell, IL!

Our delivery drivers play an important role in serving local residents and businesses in the West Central Illinois service area. Drivers will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 213 Cole St, Bushnell, IL 61422.

Position Details

• Hiring for: 3 total (1 Full-Time, 2 Part-Time)

• Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday start at 9:30 AM

• Routes: ~70 stops per route

• Pay: $17.50/hr to start

  • Training: $15/hr (1 week)

• Average Weekly Pay: $750 

• Payroll: Weekly

Responsibilities

• Arrive at FedEx terminal on time, pick up vehicle and packages

• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections

• Safely operate company-provided trucks

• Use GPS and scanners to ensure accurate deliveries

• Load, maneuver, and deliver packages (up to 150 lbs)

• Provide great customer service with every delivery

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license + clean MVR

• Must pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)

• Ability to lift/move packages up to 150 lbs

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

• No CDL required! Company vehicle provided

• Prior driving/delivery experience a plus (box truck, military, or manual labor background welcome)
