Bright Flag Recruiting, on behalf of OSB Distributions Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor, has immediate openings for delivery drivers in Lexington, KY. Our drivers deliver to local residences and businesses and will operate out of the FedEx terminal located at 2024 Buck Lane, Lexington, KY 40511.

Pay and Benefits

• $150 per day

• Weekly paycheck

• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

• Paid Time Off after one year

• Company-provided uniforms

Schedule and Hours

• 5-day workweek (front-half/back-half schedule)

• Operating 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday)

• Start time: 7:30 AM

Driver Responsibilities

• Arrive at terminal on time for dispatch

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

• Lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs

• Use GPS and scanning tools to complete deliveries

• Accurately log and handle packages throughout the route

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (paid by employer)

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• No CDL required

• Company vehicle provided

• Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus
