Job Overview
BridgeVoice Interpreters is seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Spanish Master Court Interpreter for an upcoming court assignment in Fort Worth, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have extensive courtroom interpreting experience and the ability to deliver accurate, impartial, and professional interpretation in high-stakes legal settings. This role requires strong command of both English and Spanish, exceptional listening and memory skills, and deep familiarity with legal terminology and courtroom procedures.
Assignment Details
Dates: July 78
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $95/hour
Schedule: Daytime court hours (exact schedule provided upon selection)
Responsibilities
Provide accurate consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between English and Spanish
Interpret courtroom proceedings, legal consultations, and related communications
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to interpreter ethics and standards
Ensure clear communication while preserving tone, meaning, and intent
Remain professional, neutral, and composed in legal environments
Qualifications
Required:
Fluency in English and Spanish
Previous court interpreting experience
Strong understanding of legal terminology and courtroom procedures
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Master Court Interpreter certification
State or federally recognized court interpreter credentials
Prior experience in criminal or civil court proceedings
