We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Greater Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management over a design, fabrication, and foodservice dealership, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve company objectives and maintain high performance standards.
- Manage financial budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure financial health and profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
