Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Region 2 (Southwest USA). The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in foodservice equipment sales and sales management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth and manage key accounts within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and distributors in the foodservice equipment sector.- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and ensure effective territory coverage.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the foodservice equipment industry.- Strong understanding of the Southwest USA market and customer base.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to travel within the region as required.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
