The Opportunity

• You'll serve as the strategic leader for all medication safety activities, working collaboratively across departments to develop and implement interdisciplinary error-prevention strategies.
• This role focuses on system design improvements that measurably reduce medication error risk while enhancing patient outcomes.
• Your expertise in reviewing medication-related safety events and adverse drug reactions will drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify educational opportunities for clinical teams.
• You'll be at the forefront of building a culture of safety while working with an organization recognized for excellence across multiple service lines.

What You Bring

• PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent residency training
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable system improvements
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence change across multiple disciplines
