Your Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in hospital management
BSN
Strong operational acumen and proven leadership abilities
BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months)
Preferred:
MSN or Master's in a healthcare-related field
Experience leading multiple units or departments
