**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for a permanent test shift position. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in software testing, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the highest quality of product releases.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.

**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
