Title: Operations Manager Role:

Oversee HVAC Operations for residential replacement and service department, reporting directly to the general manager. Approximately 25 employees are currently in the department.

Experience:

• 10+ years in the industry
• Experienced in HVAC technical support
• Familiar with Service Titan
• Proven leadership skills
