We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and enterprise transformation programs. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through implementation and transition to support operations.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, architects, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to deliver strategic technology solutions that support organizational objectives.
15+ years of experience managing large-scale technology projects and programs.
Proven experience leading complex technology transformation initiatives, including:
Application modernization
Platform migrations
Enterprise software implementations
Digital transformation programs
Strong experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups, including:
Technical teams
Solution architects
Data and analytics teams
Business leaders and end users
External vendors and service providers
Experience managing complex system integrations and interdependent workstreams.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, software delivery methodologies, and cloud-based solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
Experience with vendor management, contract coordination, and procurement processes.
Strong risk management, planning, budgeting, and governance skills.
Experience working within large and complex organizational environments is considered an asset.
PMP certification or equivalent project management designation is preferred.
Lead technology transformation and modernization initiatives from project initiation through implementation and operational transition.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across multiple technical and business workstreams to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives, requirements, and delivery strategies.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, executive updates, and decision-making processes.
Oversee implementation activities, including system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and transition planning.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.
Monitor project performance and drive timely resolution of challenges impacting delivery.
Support organizational readiness, user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure successful handoff of solutions into ongoing operational support and maintenance teams.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, complex environments.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology initiatives on time and within budget.
