Automation Support Analyst

Contract

We are seeking an Automation Support SME to support and maintain enterprise automation solutions within a large-scale production environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, operational support, automation monitoring, and ensuring critical business processes run reliably.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support UiPath production environments
• Monitor automation jobs, queues, assets, and schedules
• Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support deployments, upgrades, and production releases
• Maintain operational documentation and support procedures

Key Requirements

• Strong UiPath Orchestrator experience
• Production support and troubleshooting experience
• Incident management and root cause analysis
• Experience supporting enterprise automation environments
• Working knowledge of SQL
