Position Summary

We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements, translating them into effective design solutions.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can simplify complex workflows, advocate for the user experience, and contribute throughout the product design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design and improve user experiences across web, mobile, or digital platforms.
  • Transform complex processes and information into intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Work within established design guidelines, systems, and standards while contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Partner with development teams to support the successful implementation of design solutions.
  • Incorporate user feedback, research findings, analytics, and usability insights into design decisions.
  • Promote accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices.
  • Contribute to projects in Agile or iterative development environments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and user experiences.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful project outcomes.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within established timelines.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with design systems, component libraries, or style guides.
  • Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design practices.
  • Experience designing workflow-driven, data-rich, or enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery environments.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or geographically diverse teams.
