Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design and improve user experiences across web, mobile, or digital platforms.
Transform complex processes and information into intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain design quality and consistency.
Work within established design guidelines, systems, and standards while contributing to their continuous improvement.
Partner with development teams to support the successful implementation of design solutions.
Incorporate user feedback, research findings, analytics, and usability insights into design decisions.
Promote accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices.
Contribute to projects in Agile or iterative development environments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and user experiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful project outcomes.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within established timelines.
