Alquemy's BC client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to join their team.

Role Overview: Senior Project Manager (Strategic Execution)

Lead a high-stakes, multi-million-dollar transformation focused on replacing admission systems and streamlining administrative workflows into a unified Salesforce Education Cloud environment. You will transition from this initial mission to driving a long-term Enterprise CRM roadmap.

The "Problem Solver" Mission

This is not a "status reporter" role. We need a Strategic Execution Lead who:

• Builds a rigorous engine of execution and anticipates roadblocks before they surface.

• Possesses the "heft" to negotiate with senior stakeholders in a decentralized environment.

• Autonomously resolves 80% of project friction without needing escalation.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of Senior PM experience leading complex enterprise software implementations.

• Salesforce Expertise: Proven track record with Salesforce (Education or Service Cloud) and a deep understanding of its ecosystem/dependencies.

• Certification: Active PMP designation is required.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Public Sector or Higher Education is a significant asset (familiarity with long approval cycles and consensus-based cultures).

• Technical Skills: Experience with COTS systems, RFPs/procurement, and managing hybrid teams (internal staff + external partners).

Core Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and RAID logs with absolute rigor.

• Stakeholder Orchestration: Bridge gaps between central IT and decentralized business units.

• Platform Strategy: Partner with Platform Leads to ensure technical scalability and prevent siloed solutions.

• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, remove roadblocks, and mentor cross-functional project teams.
