Job Description

Our client is seeking a leader to manage the team responsible for the support, enhancement, and integration of their core enterprise ERP and HR systems. This role demands ownership of end-to-end application service delivery, rigorous adherence to ITIL practices, and ensuring full compliance with SOX, ITGCs, and audit requirements. You will oversee system upgrades, manage key vendor relationships, and define standards for system documentation and operational procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven leadership/management experience with enterprise ERP and HR systems in a regulated or SOX-compliant environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong command of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage X3) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Concur).
  • Compliance: Working knowledge of SOX controls, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and audit processes.
  • Frameworks: Practical experience applying ITIL service management frameworks.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical and governance capabilities.
