Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Payroll Consultant to join our team on a
remote, part-time basis for a three-month term.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle payroll processing and proficiency with at least one Tier 1 or Tier 2 HCM platform (such as Dayforce, ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle). You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Process full-cycle payroll accurately and efficiently for a variety of employee groups
- Utilize HCM platforms (Dayforce, ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle) to execute payroll functions
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation as required
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, payroll adjustments, and other related data
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to all applicable regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following HCM platforms: Dayforce, ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll calculations and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Initiative to identify potential issues and resolve them before they escalate
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with integrity and discretion
