Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator to join their team in the Sackville, NS area. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to administer general office operations efficiently including some accounts receivable/payables.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  • Performing day-to-day office operations and administrative duties
  • Light accounting duties such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Working with clients and customers
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, management, or a related field is an asset
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration or management or relevant experience
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator with some general accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience with Sage300 is an asset
  • General accounting procedures is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
