We’re in search of highly organized and friendly Front Desk Administrators for a variety of opportunities across the St. John's, NL region.
Serving as the first point of contact, suitable applicants thrive in an interactive role greeting office visitors and providing administrative support to a diverse and dedicated team. With proven communication and multi-tasking skills in fast paced environments, you are proficient with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
As the ideal candidate, you have completed post-secondary education with a focus on business or office administration and gained a minimum 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience. You are highly organized, have strong communication skills, and are able to support a team of professionals. Adept at multi-tasking, you take ownership of your work and efficiently get results. With a confident and mature attitude, you are very flexible and work well independently while appreciating team-oriented work environments.
