Job Description

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Office Manager for a permanent role within their organization located in Dieppe, NB. The ideal candidate is an organized administrative professional who thrives working within a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:

  • Developing and improving administrative processes
  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Receiving and directing phone calls, emails, and physical mail
  • Coordinating client meetings
  • Maintaining databases and filing systems
  • Processing client payments
  • Other duties as required

Experience & Attributes for Success:

  • Completion of an Office Administration Certificate or Business Administration Diploma
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in a professional administrative capacity
  • French/English bilingualism is required 
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization ability
  • Utmost confidentiality
