Job Description:

Familiarity with multiple divisions and locations is preferable.
· Job Billings for our more complex customer contracts.
· Reconcile Sheet Metal divisional revenue monthly.
· Enter Estimates into software.
· Maintain job master files. Updating of contract values and estimates as change orders are received.
· Maintain Certificate of Insurance files – paper and online.
· Oversee Master Subcontract files.
· Enter subcontracts into software ensuring insurance is up to date.
· Answer payment questions from suppliers as they arise on pay-when-paid contracts.
· Cross training in and the ability to back up other areas: Accounts Payable, Billing, Cash Posting, Job Creation, Subcontracts, and Payroll.
· 1099 NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT annual reporting.
· Contributor to annual audit, as directed.
· Other miscellaneous duties as directed.


Qualifications:

2+ years Construction Accounting experience
AIA Billing experience
Associates Degree
