About the Role

• Review financial results and prepare monthly bank servicer reporting across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and debt covenant requirements
• Identify reporting obligations and potential risks
• Serve as a key liaison between portfolio teams, capital markets, and external lenders
• Research technical accounting and legal documentation, summarize findings, and present conclusions clearly

Ideal candidate

• Enjoys digging into agreements and complex documentation
• Is comfortable researching technical accounting topics
• Has experience with provisions or debt compliance work requiring analytical interpretation
• Has experience in multi-entity environment


Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Multi-entity experience preferred
• Experience with debt compliance reporting and/or reviewing and interpreting credit agreements
• Strong research, analytical, and summarization skills

The hiring manager is open to candidates who may not have direct debt compliance experience but have demonstrated strong research ability in technical accounting, provisions, or agreement analysis.
