Job Description:
• Full-Cycle Payroll Processing – Manage weekly union and non-union payroll, including reporting and labor tracking.
• Compliance & Reporting – Prepare certified payroll, health and welfare reports, payroll tax filings, W-2s, and 401(k) uploads.
• Benefits & Union Administration – Track PTO accruals, maintain union rate templates, support audits, and reconcile benefits invoices.
• Financial Support – Contribute to finance initiatives and assist with related accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of union payroll experience
