Job Description:
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for the firm — greeting clients, answering phones, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the firm’s friendly, professional approach. You’ll also provide light administrative and executive support to help attorneys and staff stay organized and focused on client matters.
This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
• Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage voicemails, messages, and client inquiries with attention to detail.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Assist attorneys and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and occasional special projects.
• Help maintain office organization and support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a professional or legal office setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — polished, friendly, and dependable.
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple small tasks at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and professional presentation.
