Job duties:
• Own/Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple community properties.
• Partner directly with community leadership to review financial results and provide insights.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Sr. Accountant: handle more complex communities, advanced FP&A, and be on track for future leadership roles.

Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA or public accounting background preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting/public accounting audit experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with community managers.
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
