Job Description:

- manage the full-cycle AP function

-oversee vendor relationships

-partner with project managers to ensure accurate coding and payment execution

-champion the invoice approval workflow & support audit readiness

-lead the 1099 filing process

 

 

Qualifications:

  3–5 years progressive AP experience (construction/project-based industry preferred).

  Strong knowledge of GAAP, vendor compliance, and full-cycle AP processes.

  Advanced Excel skills; Viewpoint ERP experience a plus.

  Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
