Job Description:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Use Workday to source, track, and manage applicants through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and desired candidate profiles.
• Recruit and screen candidates for Retail Sales positions, Store Managers, Service Managers, and Mechanic Technician roles.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Extend offers, support negotiation processes, and facilitate smooth onboarding transitions.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership regarding progress and hiring outcomes.


Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within retail or service-related industries.
• Must have hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
• Proven ability to recruit for both professional and technical roles, including management and skilled trade positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
