Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing
• Oversee inventory management, physical inventories, and fixed asset accounting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial outlooks for the facility
• Partner with operations leadership to analyze plant operating costs and drive profitability improvements
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate and timely reporting
• Ensure strong internal controls and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline reporting, standardize processes, and implement best practices
• Support compliance with applicable U.S. and international regulatory guidelines
• Manage ad hoc financial projects and operational requests as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree a plus
• CPA or CMA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with manufacturing experience required
• Previous experience in plant accounting required
• Previous managerial experience required
• Proficiency in cost accounting, financial analysis, and inventory management
• Ability to work onsite and travel up to 5 weeks out of the year
