Job Description:

Our client is a leading publicly held organization seeking a Manager of External Reporting to lead SEC and stockholder reporting processes. This role will oversee preparation of quarterly and annual filings, coordinate earnings releases and investor materials, and ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards. The position also involves special projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and registration statements
• Oversee earnings releases, investor presentations, and CEO call materials
• Analyze and review data from business units and corporate functions
• Research and apply accounting/reporting standards (FASB, SEC, PCAOB, etc.)
• Manage restatements and special projects related to acquisitions and debt offerings


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Advanced degree in accounting and/or CPA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of external reporting, corporate accounting, or public accounting experience
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must be local to St. Louis area
