Job Description:

• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor positioning in the spirits industry
• Monitor economic conditions and assess impacts on consumer behavior and pricing strategies
• Evaluate product segments to identify growth opportunities and risks, providing data-driven recommendations
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track pricing and product effectiveness
• Build and maintain financial and pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and monitor competitor pricing to ensure competitive market positioning
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, R&D, and Sales to align pricing and growth strategies
• Provide variance and financial analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results
• Utilize CRM and analytical tools to track, manage, and report on pricing effectiveness and market trends
• Prepare and present analytical reports and recommendations to management and sales teams


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (required)
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
• Minimum of 2+ years of forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience
• Ability to reliably commute to the St. Louis office (this is not a remote position)
