Job Description:

• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Lead accounting operations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation in a multi-currency environment while delivering actionable insights for leadership.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive annual budgeting, monitor performance, and lead monthly forecasts in partnership with senior finance leadership.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls, and manage external audit processes.
• Team & Cash Management: Oversee global cash flow, mentor the accounting team, and implement tools to streamline financial operations with a focus on sustainability.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting
-10+ years of related accounting experience
-5+ years of experience of project accounting experience.
-CPA preferred.
-Supervisory experience required.
