Job Description:

What You'll Do:
• Analyze costs and financial data to support decision-making in a manufacturing environment
• Monitor production costs, labor, materials, and overhead
• Perform inventory valuation, reconciliations, and cycle counts
• Develop and maintain cost standards for products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget reviews and forecasting
• Support audits and regulatory compliance
• Drive process improvements and best practices in cost accounting


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Deep understanding of inventory management and U.S. GAAP
• ERP expertise (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• FAR cost accounting standards experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
