Job Description:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring strategies to onboarding top-tier talent. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in talent acquisition management, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience. The Director will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with departmental leaders, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the company’s talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s growth goals and diversity objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance metrics are met and promoting professional development.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring speed.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer brand and attract a broad pool of talented candidates.
• Data Analysis: Utilize recruiting analytics and metrics to monitor effectiveness, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize hiring results.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, fostering a seamless and engaging recruitment journey.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all hiring practices are following local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.



Qualifications:

• Experience:
o 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
o Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies in diverse and competitive markets.

• Skills:
o Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and systems (ATS experience is required).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
o Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition goals and managing high-volume recruiting environments.
o Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and results-oriented strategies.
o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and innovate within a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field is required; an advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
