Job Description:

-Provide essential financial insights to Executive Leadership, Board of Directors, and lenders through precise reporting and analysis that shapes strategic direction.
--Lead the preparation of financial performance reports, quarterly Board materials, and MD&A, ensuring attention to detail and strategic focus on profitability.
-Support M&A initiatives and investment assessments with valuation modeling and post-merger integration monitoring to enhance company growth.
-Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to evaluate new projects and drive long-range planning and financial objectives



Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience
-expert in Excel
-prefer a mix of accounting and finance
-strong communication skills
