  • At least two years’ field supervision experience, preferably involving well intervention operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading intervention and abandonment scopes from design through to execution.
  • Strong experience in completion recovery, wireline-based abandonment technologies and fishing on wire.
  • Sound knowledge of well integrity, barrier philosophies and Well Integrity Management Systems.
  • Well services contracting and contract-management experience.
  • Knowledge of OEUK Decommissioning Guidelines, NORSOK D-010 and Australian offshore regulatory requirements.
  • Previous subsea completion, intervention riser or subsea test tree experience is highly regarded.
  • Current IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention certification.
