Logistics Coordinator – Onshore Drilling Campaign

Location: Brisbane, QLD / Wellsite as required
Duration: 8-month assignment
Work Location: Client office initially, then wellsite support as directed
Campaign: Multi-well onshore drilling campaign, Queensland

Campaign Overview
Zenith Energy is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support an onshore multi-well drilling campaign in Queensland. The role will initially be Brisbane-based before transitioning to wellsite logistics support as required by the campaign.

The position is responsible for coordinating material, personnel and equipment movements to support safe, efficient and well-planned campaign operations.

Essential Experience

Candidates should have experience in:

• Logistics coordination within drilling, workover, wellsite or oil and gas operations
• Coordinating equipment, material and personnel movements to and from rig sites
• Managing truck movements, load-outs, backloads and equipment tracking
• Working with rig-site teams, contractors, service partners and logistics providers
• Maintaining inventory records, manifests and movement documentation
• Supporting HSE-compliant logistics activities in field-based operations
• Coordinating material availability against a 7-day look-ahead schedule

Advantageous Experience

• Experience supporting onshore drilling campaigns in Queensland
• Dangerous goods declaration and manifesting experience
• Exposure to QA/QC requirements for mobilisation of drilling materials
• Experience maintaining master equipment lists and live wellsite inventories

Responsibilities

• Identify material requirements and logistics priorities on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinate logistics activities in support of the wellsite schedule and 7-day look-ahead
• Schedule personnel and equipment movements to and from the rig site
• Coordinate truck loading, unloading, load-outs and backloads
• Work with rig-site teams to ensure manifested equipment is received and accounted for
• Coordinate bulk materials and fuel requirements with service partner representatives
• Supervise trucking, logistics and storage activities from the wellsite and local support bases
• Maintain live wellsite inventory and support the campaign master equipment list
• Prepare inventory consumption reports for each well
• Complete manifests and dangerous goods declarations for material movements
• Provide logistics instructions to contractor crews and logistics providers where required

Certifications

Relevant logistics, transport, dangerous goods or oil and gas site access certifications will be viewed favourably where applicable.
