We are seeking an experienced Senior Completion Supervisor to support offshore subsea completion operations in water depths ranging from 125m to 1,000m. This is a key offshore leadership role responsible for supervising complex completion activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and technically sound execution.
This position requires a highly capable completion professional with deep subsea experience and a strong track record delivering offshore operations safely and to program.
Lead and supervise offshore completion operations, including installation and service company coordination
Provide input into operational procedures, SIT planning, and completion technical documentation
Prepare Standing Instructions to Drillers (SIDs) for completion activities
Supervise contractor equipment preparation, QA/QC, and sub-assembly make-up
Develop and contribute to HAZOP / HAZID assessments, risk registers, and H2S risk documentation
Manage service companies and contractors offshore
Deliver daily completion reports and support operational decision-making
Identify operational risks, deviations, and required modifications
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement into subsequent wells
Minimum 10 years offshore oil & gas experience
Proven subsea completion operations experience in similar water depths
Mandatory: Horizontal open hole gravel packing experience
Upper completions with subsea horizontal Christmas trees
Hydrostatic production packers
Well test operations
Coiled tubing intervention (semi-sub)
Wireline and slickline operations
Managed pressure drilling with gravel packing
Open hole gravel packing using non-aqueous drilling fluids
Nitrogen pumping
IWCF Level 4 – Well Intervention Pressure Control
BOSIET including CA-EBS
