Job Summary: The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and facilitating a professional and welcoming environment for corporate guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished and professional appearance, and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Additionally, the candidate must be a Notary Public, as notarization duties will be required as part of this position.
Requirements: MUST be a Notary Public.
