Job Description:
Our client located in Boston has an immediate opening for a Network Technician to join their team. The Technician will be part of a Windows 10 deployment team and will be responsible for replacing desktops and laptops in a very fast paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Picking up bins for daily deployments
• Gather peripherals that will be needed for the deployments
• Check in with management when at destination for daily deployments
• Physical swap of CPU or laptop
• Provide education to user after swap
• Test printing
• Install third party software
• Ability to provide twice daily check ins

Required:

• 1-5 years computer experience in IT support
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Bachelors Degree preferred
