Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information as needed.

Quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, and update customer records and documentation as needed.

Record all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system with timely and precise data entry.

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations, including data protection and confidentiality agreements.

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals and provide support as required.
Qualifications for the Call Center Representative:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.

Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Strong listening abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
