Location: Listowel, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office, 2 Days Remote)
Job Type: Contract (3–4 Months)
Compensation: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients located in Listowel, Ontario.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support a busy sales team on a temporary contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry, account support, customer communications, and general sales administration. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting both Canadian and U.S. customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed customer records and account information
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional support
• Build positive relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Assist with sales administration, credits, and inventory-related tasks
• Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and customer requirements
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve issues as required
• Participate in product training and maintain product knowledge
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify new business opportunities
• Perform general data entry and administrative duties
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, inside sales, or related experience
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems is considered an asset
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or order processing environments is considered an asset
• Knowledge of knitting, crocheting, crafts, or related industries is considered an asset
