Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients located in Listowel, Ontario.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support a busy sales team on a temporary contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry, account support, customer communications, and general sales administration. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting both Canadian and U.S. customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed customer records and account information
Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional support
Build positive relationships with assigned customer accounts
Assist with sales administration, credits, and inventory-related tasks
Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and customer requirements
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve issues as required
Participate in product training and maintain product knowledge
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify new business opportunities
Perform general data entry and administrative duties
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, inside sales, or related experience
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Experience using CRM or ERP systems is considered an asset
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or order processing environments is considered an asset
Knowledge of knitting, crocheting, crafts, or related industries is considered an asset
