Location: On-site (Clinic/Hospital Environment)
Support Role – Entry Level

West End Workforce is hiring a Training Support Assistant to help deliver high-impact end-user training in support of a major healthcare technology rollout. This position plays a key behind-the-scenes role in setting up training environments, organizing materials, coordinating sessions, and supporting trainers. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team focused on improving healthcare outcomes through better use of digital tools.

No prior experience in healthcare or IT is required—just strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a readiness to contribute.

Logistics & Setup

  • Schedule training sessions and manage participant registration and attendance tracking
  • Set up and break down training rooms (computers, AV, materials, etc.)
  • Organize handouts, guides, and other printed or digital resources
  • Maintain training room supplies, technology, and computers

Administrative Support

  • Track attendance and session data accurately
  • Respond to staff and trainee questions about training times, locations, and logistics
  • Support basic office functions like filing, phone calls, and data entry related to training
  • Communicate clearly with staff, trainers, and clinicians on daily session logistics

Team Collaboration

  • Assist training team members during high-volume events (e.g., new system rollouts or software upgrades)
  • Provide on-the-ground support during live training and go-live support periods
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and smooth learner experience

  • Must pass a general background check and pre-employment drug screening

Work Conditions

  • Work in hospital or clinic settings
  • Sitting and walking: up to 90% of shift
  • Computer use: up to 100% of shift
  • Must be flexible with scheduling (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
  • May be assigned to different facilities or locations as needed

This role supports the successful training of hundreds of healthcare professionals adapting to new digital systems. By preparing physical training spaces and coordinating logistics, you help ensure smooth learning experiences for staff across the healthcare system—and ultimately improve patient care delivery.
