As a Client Manager you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, forging strong client partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of West End Workforce. This position is perfect for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for fostering relationships and a proven ability to deliver strategic solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned Business Development Pro: You bring 7+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a robust book of business.​

• Results-Oriented: Meeting and exceeding sales targets is second nature to you. You're driven by growth and have consistently delivered revenue increases.​

• Excellent Communicator: Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.​

• Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and leverage social media platforms for networking and outreach.
