As a Client Manager you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, forging strong client partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of West End Workforce. This position is perfect for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for fostering relationships and a proven ability to deliver strategic solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Seasoned Business Development Pro: You bring 7+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a robust book of business.
- Relationship Builder: Your natural ability to connect with people allows you to build trust and foster long-term partnerships that drive success.
- Results-Oriented: Meeting and exceeding sales targets is second nature to you. You're driven by growth and have consistently delivered revenue increases.
- Strategic Thinker: You have a knack for identifying opportunities, crafting innovative solutions, and executing strategies that yield tangible results.
- Excellent Communicator: Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to a team that values collaboration and shared success.
- Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and leverage social media platforms for networking and outreach.
