Title: Program Manager - Migration into Workday exp

Remote Role

MUST HAVE:

Managed migration of employee data into compnay's Workday and Okta.

Post-acquisition integration experience, specifically moving one company's data into another company's Workday instance

REQURIED: 
Program Management Knowledge Core Skills to be successful in the role Business Knowledge / Enterprise Technology Platform Expertise / Privacy & Security Compliance Programs
Direct experience in parts of the business where we deliver core business technology capabilities. The candidate needs to have knowledge of People Technology

M&A Integration Experience
Background in technology due diligence, system rationalization, and post-acquisition integration planning, particularly around Workday and core business systems.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
Proven ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into business impact for C-level stakeholders while managing diverse teams across People, IT, Engineering,
Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Finance.

Cross-functional Program Leadership
Ability to drive complex, multi-workstream initiatives across engineering, IT, business, and vendor teams with clear accountability structures and executive communication.

Transformation Program Delivery
Experience executing full-cycle transformations from business case development through implementation, change management, and operational handoff for multi-year, complex
initiatives.
