Top Must-Haves
People Ops / HR Operations experience (ticket handling, HR admin tasks, employee support).
High-volume operational work (handling large ticket/email volume with strong attention to detail).
HRIS or data systems experience (Workday preferred) + heavy spreadsheet/data work.

Workday experience
Greenhouse (ATS) experience
Jira or ticketing systems
