Mandatory Skills
● Programming: Demonstrated proficiency in Python and C++.
● Solidworks: Practical experience in designing parts for 3D printing and machining.
● Laboratory Work: Direct experience in device control, tooling development, experiment execution, and statistical data analysis.

Desirable Skills
● Experience with Computer Vision tools.
● Familiarity with Camera systems.
● Knowledge of Lidar mapping systems.

Educational Requirements
● A Bachelor’s degree in Optical Sciences, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
● Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Core Responsibilities
● Manage the operation of a 3D Depth Sensing Characterization Laboratory, executing comprehensive test plans utilizing robotic test automation for AR/VR components (including projectors, cameras, sensors, and optics).
