REMOTE

We are seeking a skilled HR Technology Specialist with a primary focus on managing and optimizing Talent systems, including Greenhouse and other recruiting-related platforms. This individual will play a critical role in system administration, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and project execution to support Talent and Recruiting functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer Talent and Recruiting systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance (e.g., Greenhouse).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and workflows, documenting needs and assessing system impacts.
Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Partner with users and technology teams to ensure solutions are accurate, aligned with business needs, and scalable.
Provide daily production support, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues to maintain business continuity.
Participate in system upgrades, conversions, mergers, and other development projects, including system analysis, testing, and deployment.
Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing HR Technology capabilities.
Perform rigorous system testing to ensure high-quality and error-free deployments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR Technology, system administration, or related roles.
Strong familiarity with Talent and Recruiting workflows, with expertise managing platforms like Greenhouse.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Skills: Preferred:
5+ years experience
Experience with system integrations, reporting, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of HR processes, HRIS, and recruiting systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating user-friendly documentation and leading stakeholder discussions.

Nice to have:
Experience with Workato
Experience with Jira Service Desk
Experience with other HR systems including Workday, Ashby, Gem, and more
