Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational performance, team execution, and facility standards at their distribution facility in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader capable of driving continuous improvement, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and optimizing daily workflows to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure key operational and delivery targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and hold operational teams accountable for performance and productivity goals.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement action plans to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing teams in an operational setting.
• Strong track record of tracking and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
