Production Supervisor - All Shifts Available!

Position Overview
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing mixing, baking, forming, and packaging activities to safely produce high-quality products. The supervisor will manage assigned shift personnel, maintain smooth operational workflows, direct the efficient use of labor and raw materials, and drive daily continuous improvement on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned production employees and lead personnel, providing overall direction, training, evaluation, and coordination.
• Direct the conversion of raw materials into finished goods with minimum waste and labor cost.
• Manage daily employee schedules, track attendance, and handle work hour approvals.
• Review production and operating reports to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance bottlenecks.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to maintain performance and optimize utilization.
• Address and resolve employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Drive employee training and professional development to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team leadership capabilities, with experience direct-managing production teams.
• Strong skills in conflict management, decision-making, communication, and prioritization.
• Experience managing labor hours, scheduling, and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within a food, bakery, or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree or two-year college degree in Business.
• Proficiency with SAP systems.
• Experience utilizing Kronos timekeeping software.
