Production Supervisor
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:30 pm

Position Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and communicative Production Supervisor to join their team in Battle Creek. This role is essential for driving operational excellence by leading a team of 10+ associates, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining high standards of output. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader who excels at setting expectations and tracking performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a daily production team of 10 or more employees.
• Monitor and track KPIs to ensure production goals and output requirements are met.
• Manage production schedules to guarantee on-time delivery to customers.
• Clearly communicate expectations and provide ongoing feedback to floor staff.
• Coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure seamless material flow.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment on the production floor.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a floor leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more individuals.
• Strong background in production tracking and KPI management.
• Experience working within a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead people effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the packaging industry.
