Title: Detroit Area Sales Representative 
Location: Southeast Michigan (Territory-Based)

The Opportunity

The company is expanding its sales presence in Southeast Michigan and seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow business within the direct mail and folding carton markets.

This role is ideal for a consultative salesperson who enjoys managing the full sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required—sales aptitude, curiosity, and problem-solving ability are key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout Southeast Michigan
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative selling
  • Manage a dedicated customer account with regular on-site engagement and support
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend customized print, packaging, promotional, and fulfillment solutions
  • Act as the primary internal liaison once projects are awarded, coordinating with production, customer service, and operations teams to ensure successful execution
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of each project
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer expectations, timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Consistently manage pipeline activity and territory development efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Exposure to print, direct mail, fulfillment, marketing services, or promotional products
  • Prior B2B sales experience
