Job Summary:

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role designed as a successor to the current National Sales Manager. The position will support and eventually take full ownership of the North American sales function.

The role is not purely sales-focused—it includes account management, supporting independent manufacturer reps, internal coordination, and operational oversight. This individual will be highly visible within the organization and play a key role in long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage independent manufacturer reps across North America
  • Act as a primary point of contact for reps and customers
  • Assist in the sales process and customer engagement
  • Learn and communicate product differentiators
  • Travel to customer sites, rep locations, and trade shows

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, customer-facing personality
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (~60%)
  • Valid U.S. passport and clean driving/background record
